AquaSense-TSS

ISO 7027 compliant 135° back-scatter TSS sensor with sunlight-tolerant optics, colour-independent measurement, and self-cleaning brush for fouling-prone installations.

AquaSense-TSS uses a 135° back-scatter geometry that meets the ISO 7027 international standard for suspended-solids measurement. Fibre-optic light delivery and custom-polished optics minimise drift, while a self-cleaning brush keeps the optical window free of biofilm and bubbles for fouling-prone deployments.

Overview

AquaSense-TSS is an optical total suspended solids sensor based on a 135° back-scatter geometry that complies with the ISO 7027 international standard. The fibre-optic light delivery, custom-polished optics, and on-board software algorithms keep long-term drift low and let the probe operate directly under sunlight without false readings.

A built-in self-cleaning brush keeps the optical window free of biofilm and bubbles, making the sensor a strong fit for wastewater, industrial process, and long-duration environmental deployments. Only 30 mL of standard solution is required to complete a full calibration.
